Thriller friends taken care of!

Simone Ehrhardt will read from her newest thriller "Wo die Moorschafe sterben" (Where the moor sheep die).

It should be a relaxing holiday in England, but an unexpected death results in Penelope and Commissioner Wilson continuing north, to Scotland's rugged highlands. Uncle Adair seems to have died peacefully, but thanks to Penelope's curiosity is soon discovered: it was murder! And the uncle is not the only corpse to be found there which is in the gloomy mansion, 'Blackmuir Manor'.

Daily from 15:30 - 17:30 there will be a puppet theater for children (aged 4-10 years old) in the Church Centre, Benzstrasse. 3.
Entry is free.

During the programme the parents, grandparents, ... may pass their time in the "Elterncafé (Parentcafé)". On Sunday, 20. April at 10:00 there will be a Family Service.

This year again in Neuhofen an AIDS-March for children in Africa who have contracted AIDS. Children from the Rheinland-Pfalz and Baden-Württemberg regions can raise money for an AIDS project in South Africa. There will be 3 walks available - 10, 15 and 20 km. Other information about the AIDS marches in Neuhofen can be viewed here.

On the 10.6. Jörg-Michael Grassau will be ordained as our new pastor. The service will begin at 10:00. Afterwards a bring and share meal will take place. Guests are very welcome!

From 24.-28. April will the JesusHouse take place in our church center - EFG Neuhofen (Benzstr. 3). JesusHouse is a live event via satellite from Hamburg and is shown in hundreds of towns and villages throughout Europe. A warm invitation to all young people!

Under the motto "Be Fair" experience children what it means to be treated (un)fairly. We are expecting many children from the south west of Germany to the creative workshops as well as to an AIDS march, where the proceeds are donated to an AIDS project in South Africa.

On the 28th May the Gewerbefest will take place in Neuhofen. As a church we will have an "open door" on this day at Benzstraße 3 with a "Flea Market", children's programme as well as coffeand cakes. Just drop in!

From 24.-27.5. in the Geistlichen Rüstzentrum in Krelingen the annual federal conference of the Evangelisch-Freikirchlichen Gemeinden in Deutschland takes place. An important topic for our municipality: There we will be requesting the admission into the “federation” as an independent municipality.
